Applications
Your consultant will ask you for specific documents for submission as part of your application. It is important to supply these as quickly as possible. Failure to supply them in a timely fashion may render your application invalid.
Similarly your documents must be clear enough for the Embassy Software to read them. Blurred or particularly small sized photos will not be able to be submitted.
In both cases your consultant will warn you if it is believed your documents are unsuitable. Failure to head the warning or choosing to go ahead anyway may be dooming your application to failure. No refund will be available in this scenario.
Occasionally Embassy staff with request further documentation. This is beyond our control. Likewise they have the right to request that you attend a personal interview. This is very rare, but will be at your own expense and is not included within our fee structure.
Refund Policy
Submission of an application is not a guarantee of grant. Where a client decides to withdraw an application prior to it being submitted we may issue a refund, depending on the circumstances. This shall be to a maximum of 50% of fees paid and then only where expenditure by the company does not exceed that amount. In the unlikely event that an application fails we do not issue refunds once an application has been submitted.
There is no refund on the deposit where you take advantage of our 'No Win, No Further Fee' plan.
